Golden Guns Artist Spotlight: Camomile Hixon

As kids, we loved arts and crafts. We used to decorate our lunch pales with glitter and bubble paint to make them distinctly ours. So, when we discovered Camomile Hixon's pop art using glitter and paint on a canvas, we instantly felt nostalgia. Hixon's stand out pieces include the use of super-sized words, symbols, and images. She describes her works as "poetry fragments without the movement of melody". The Los Angeles Times and New York Magazine have both covered her works. She has been spotlighted on Home by Novogratz as well as the Wendy Williams Show.
