Model Crush: Isabeli Fontana in June 2011 Vogue Paris Editorial

Back in July, we walked into the bookstore and ventured down the magazine aisle where a plethora of fashion publications awaited our perusing. We instantly gravitated toward Vogue Paris with striking Brazilian supermodel, Isabeli Fontana, on the cover. After sifting through the pages of her editorial spread, we were completely mesmerized by the images portraying Fontana as a Parisian bombshell. The story celebrated what the French call canicule-- a period of the hottest days of summer. Photographers Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott paid homemage to a 1989 Steven Miesel shoot as the inspiration for this fashion story.
